A - Introduction

The following Sales Conditions rules the goods traded by Finishing Group s.r.l. using its www.euromask-shop.com website. All the goods purchase contracts made on www.euromask-shop.com website between  Finishing Group s.r.l. and the customer will be ruled by the following Sales Conditions.  All the prices indicated on www.euromask-shop.com are excluding VAT and are reserved to on-line buy ONLY, according to the following conditions.

B - Sales conditions agreement

Contract between Finishing Group s.r.l. and the customer must be considered concluded with acceptance  of the order (partially also) by Finishing Group s.r.l. which has right to accept or not the order, with uncontestable judgment. Acceptance is considered implied if not communicated to the customer in some way. With an order in the expected manner, the customer declare that have read and understood all the indications given during the purchase proceed and to integrally agree the following sales and purchase conditions.
Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order

C - Purchase conditions

Is allowed for customer to buy from Finishing Group srl’s online catalog only goods available and displayed on https://www.euromask-shop.com when ordering, as described in their technical sheet. Finishing Group s.r.l. reserves the right to modify the technical information and prices without giving any prior notice. Must be implied that all images into technical sheet of each product is just representative and can differ in color and size. 
An e-mail from Finishing Group s.r.l. sent to the address communicated by customer during registration will confirm that your order has been received successfully. The message will contain your “PO Number” (Purchase Order Number), useful for any further communication with Finishing Group s.r.l. In the case that the order will NOT accepted, Finishing Group s.r.l. will promptly communicate the rejection to the customer.

D - Payment conditions

1. Advance Bank Transfer
In case of Advance Bank Transfer as payment method, customer will receive an e-mail with confirmation containing all the details (amount, bank details and purpose of the credit transfer) useful to proceed with payment. Delivery by Finishing Group s.r.l. of the goods is subordinated to credit transfer confirm that must be received before 10 working days from order acceptance’s date, over that date order must be considered automatically erased.

2. Credit Card
In case of Credit Card as payment method, simultaneously to the online trading the referring bank will provide to confirm and allow the take for the amount concerning the purchase made.
The allowed Credit Cards are all the accepted by Banca Sella for online trading.
In case of order invalidation, as by customer as non-acceptance by Finishing Group s.r.l. which will ask for transaction cancellation. Order cancellation is possible until the order is not yet processed in production or warehouse. For some Credit Cards, release time depends by the bank circuit and can reach their deadline (24th days from authorization). After trading invalidation, Finishing Group s.r.l. cannot be held liable for any damage, direct or indirect, caused by delay in the amount release by bank circuit.
In the event that the order still open over the 23rd day from the date of confirm, Finishing Group s.r.l. will provide to charge the order’s amount on the customer’s Credit Card anyway, also if in advance with delivery, in order to avoid the expire of trading authorization (24 days)
Finishing Group s.r.l. isn’t able to know the information about the Credit Card of the buyer during the purchase process at any time, that because all the data are automatically processed by the bank website who manage the transaction (with high security systems); no data can be intercepted because there is no data exchange. None server or database of Finishing Group s.r.l. has nor stores the up said data. In no case Finishing Group s.r.l. can be held liable for any fraud and unfair use of the Credit Cards by third parts, at the moment of payment on www.euromask-shop .com.

3. PayPal
PayPal is a free, fast and reliable online payment method. After the purchase completion and selected the PayPal payment method, the system will connect in safe browsing mode with the PayPal webpage where you can use your own account, create a new account or pay with Credit Card
Choosing this payment method the amount will be directly charged on PayPal account. Also in this case Finishing Group s.r.l. isn’t able to know the financial information of the buyer.

E - Communications Security

About the information exchange between visitor and website and during the purchase process, Finishing Group s.r.l. guarantees a high safety protection level. An HTTPS protocol is used and create a high encryption/authentication layer between “client” and “server” using a certificate exchange. Strictly speaking, this system guarantees that you are “talking” with the correct and actual website you were looking for (not a fake website). Moreover, guarantees that content of the communication between website and visitor are NOT traceable by third parts. Finishing Group s.r.l. uses for its website the most recent TLS protocol with a 2048 bits RSA encryption protocol.

F - Delivery Conditions

For each order made on www.euromask-shop.com , Finishing Group s.r.l. creates a delivery note of the dispatched good. For the invoice, will be used the information given by customer during the order. 
If during the order completion the customer will skip the indication of a different delivery condition, the order will be dispatched by Finishing Group s.r.l. which will choose and select a proper transporter, adding delivery charge on the invoice (see “Delivery Charge” section)
Delivery time (with Finishing Group s.r.l. courier) are indicative only and are available in the table at the section “indicative delivery time”. Delivery time can be changed due to circumstances beyond our control or traffic jam or strikes or by Authority acts. 
Finishing Group s.r.l. cannot be held liable because of delay of goods delivery
Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered matches with the number of packages into invoice when courier will deliver the goods. If damages or incorrect number of packages occurs, must be immediately contested to the courier, adding “accepted under reservation “ on the document. In the case of damaged package add “accepted under reservation because damaged“. Once signed courier’s document, customer cannot contest the physical aspect of the delivered goods. In the case the transport is managed by Finishing Group s.r.l., the customer must promptly inform the company about any issue by the courier in the delivery service.

Also if the package is intact, goods must be checked before 5 working days from the delivery. Any further error or missing must be reported by email to Finishing Group s.r.l. that will contact the customer as soon as possible. 
Any report after the up said terms will not considered acceptable. Customer will assume is own responsibility for any declaration.  

G - Fulfillments Setting and Delivery Time

1. Fulfillment Setting Time from Order
With “Fulfillment Setting Time from Order” is meant the time between the order confirmation and the delivery of the same.
For all the orders of goods available in stock where the payment confirm occurs before 12pm of working day, will be collected by transporter in 12-24hours.

2. Finishing Group s.r.l. Courier service indicative delivery time
To deliver around Europe Finishing Group s.r.l. works with specialized freight companies as DHL and TNT (economy services for both) 
Indicative days to delivery from the courier’s pick up (from our headquarter ’s warehouse) are:
2-4 days for western and central Europe
3-5 days for UK, northern and eastern Europe
Finishing Group s.r.l. cannot be held liable because of delay of goods delivery

H - Delivery charge

Prices quoted are valid for the whole country’s destinations
Delivery charge is automatically added according to the weight of the goods bought and the price is refreshed in real time in you cart details before the order confirm.
For some country and where the sums exceed a specified amount, freight costs can be free of charge. This condition will be displayed in the cart details

L - Claim

M - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Contract between Customer and Finishing Group s.r.l. is performed in Italy and ruled by Italian law. For civil and criminal solutions arising from the above agreement of sale at a distance, the competence is granted to the “Jurisdiction of Varese” only.

N - Conditions

Conditions in the above document can be changed by Finishing Group s.r.l. in any time without giving any prior notice and will be valid from the date of publication on www.euromask-shop.com
