Treatment of personal data and other information on the user
By giving his/her personal Data through the website, the User hereby acknowledges and agrees to the processing, the use and the transfer of said Personal Data according to the terms and conditions specified in this Information Document on Privacy". Should the User not find him/herself in agreement with this Information Document on Privacy, he/she must not supply his/her own Personal Data through this Site. Furthermore, we reserve the right to modify the Information Document on Privacy at any time, for example following changes in the relevant laws.

Finishing Group s.r.l. is only obliged to obtain personal data in the event that one or more functions or requested activities must be carried out or in order to allow access to our products or services to the client; said collection will be carried out according to the terms provided for by the law.
All personal data thus collected will be treated in compliance with law no. 675/96. In conformity with article 10 of the aforesaid law, the following information is supplied.

a) data collection is carried out for administrative-accounting, commercial, marketing, promotional and informative purposes and consists in the collection, recording, organisation and processing of data for the above-mentioned purposes, mainly in a computerised form;
b) data contribution is entirely voluntary, with the exception of any personal and tax-related data which are necessary in order to fulfil those tax obligations relative to the contractual relationship entertained with our Company: failure to supply said data could result in the non-fulfilment of the contract, as well as in the interruption and break-up of the relationship.
